Coverage questions
Yes. We are based in Enfield in North London and work across all 32 boroughs plus the City of London, as well as the immediately surrounding counties. North and East London are our busiest areas simply because they are closest, but travel has never been the deciding factor on whether we take a project.
Marginally, and usually less than people expect. What affects price far more is access — whether there is somewhere to park, whether a skip permit will be granted, whether materials have to be carried through the house, and whether a scaffold licence is needed. Those things vary street by street, not borough by borough.
We take on work in the surrounding counties — Hertfordshire, Essex and parts of Middlesex and Surrey — particularly for existing clients. Call us with the postcode and we will give you a straight answer.
