Dion Construction Ltd is a well-established refurbishment and renovation company covering London and the surrounding counties. We achieve excellence through dedication and an ongoing commitment to delivering projects to the highest standard and the highest degree of professionalism.
Our goal is straightforward: to exceed our clients' expectations from the earliest stages of design all the way through to project completion. Our strength comes from the ability to adapt quickly to what a client actually needs, working closely with them to produce the best possible outcome — whether that is a standard refurbishment or a complex modern or traditional project.
What full-service actually means
A great many companies describe themselves as full-service and then sub-contract every trade on the job. We do not. Our structural teams, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and decorators are our own people, which is the only reason we can hold a programme and be genuinely accountable for the result.
It also changes the experience of having work done. There is one contract, one price breakdown, one programme and one point of contact — and nobody who can blame the last trade for the state of their work.
Consult
We offer a consultation service to all our clients, providing guidance and advice on how to develop ideas and concepts for their projects. We support and work closely with clients and their planning representatives to aid them in project planning from the earliest stage through to completion, so that a client's vision can become a reality.
Design
We collaborate with clients and their design representatives — architects, structural engineers and other consultants — throughout the design process. Being involved early is what lets us tell you what a drawing will actually cost to build, while the design is still cheap to change.
Construct
We deliver the best quality of work by employing qualified and highly experienced craftspeople and tradespeople, and by holding ourselves to the highest standards on every project we undertake. Every notifiable element is certified, and building control sign-off is handed over with the keys.

One accountable contractor
Structure, carpentry, electrics and plumbing handled in-house. No chasing five different trades for one snag.
We speak architect
We work alongside your designers and engineers from concept, so drawings arrive on site already resolved.
Fixed, itemised pricing
A written breakdown before work starts. Variations are agreed and priced in writing, never sprung on you at the end.
Programmes that hold
A dated programme at the outset and a weekly written update against it for the life of the project.
Respect for your home
Dust sheeting, floor protection, sealed zones and a daily clean-down. Most of our clients live in the property while we work.
Certified and insured
CSCS and CITB certified, Trust A Trader vetted, fully insured, with building control sign-off on every notifiable job.
Our process
How a project runs
Five stages, each with a defined output, so you always know where the job is and what happens next.
Consultation
We sit down with you and your planning representatives to turn a rough idea into a defined brief — what is possible, what it is likely to cost, and what the realistic programme looks like.
Survey
A full measured survey of the property. We check structure, services, drainage, party wall implications and access before a single figure goes on paper.
Design
We collaborate with your architect, structural engineer and consultants through drawings, building regulations and planning so the design is buildable as well as beautiful.
Build
Qualified, directly-employed craftspeople on site to an agreed programme, with a single point of contact, weekly progress updates and a clean, protected site throughout.
Completion
Snagging walked with you room by room, certificates and guarantees handed over, building control sign-off, and a site left cleaner than we found it.

Certified, vetted and insured
Documentation is part of the job, not an afterthought. Certificates are available on request and handed over at completion.
