Quotations

Quotations are given in writing following a site survey and remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Verbal estimates are indicative only and do not constitute a quotation.

Scope and variations

The written quotation defines the scope of works. Any change to that scope — whether requested by you or arising from something discovered during the works — will be priced and agreed in writing before it is carried out.

Payment

Payment is made against an agreed schedule of stage payments tied to completed milestones. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Programme

Programme dates are given in good faith based on the information available at the time. Delays caused by third parties — including planning authorities, building control, party wall surveyors, utility providers and material suppliers — are outside our control.

Insurance and warranties

We hold public liability insurance and can provide certificates on request. Our workmanship is warranted, and manufacturer guarantees on supplied products are registered in the client’s name.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
